Lucknow, Mar 30: Uttar Pradesh's controversial senior IAS officer Neera Yadav, who faces CBI probe in the multi-crore rupee land distribution scam in Noida, sought voluntary retirement from service saying she was "fed up" of rows involving her.Yadav, who was to retire on July 1 this year, moved an application for voluntary retirement citing personal reasons today, which has been accepted and the decision communicated to her verbally, official sources here said.Voted as the "most corrupt" IAS official of the state by a secret vote by the state IAS Officers' Association, she said three months in or out of service made no difference to her.Yadav, who was Chief Secretary in the Mulayam Singh Yadav government but had to be subsequently removed on Supreme Court directives following a Public Interest Litigation (PIL), said she was fed up of the string of controversies that surrounded her 37-year career.
