Justice P D Dinakaran, a judge of the Madras High court, will become the Chief Justice of the Karnataka High Court.
The Supreme Court has recommended to the Centre the elevation of Chief Justice of the Karnataka High Court Cyriac Joseph, as an apex court judge.Justice P D Dinakaran, a judge of the Madras High court, will become the Chief Justice of the Karnataka High Court.Justice Joseph, a native of Kerala, will take over his new assignment as soon as his appointment is notified.He was appointed judge of the Kerala High Court in July 1994. He was later shifted to the Delhi High Court where he remained for 7 years.
