T'PURAM: C K Chandrappan MP will move a private bill in the Lok Sabha to establish a bench of the Kerala High Court in Thiruvananthapuram. Varkala Radhakrishnan MP who addressed the advocates of Thiruvananth apuram Bar Association who are staging a relay fast for the last 24 days, said that the Bill has been circulated to the members by the Lok Sabha secretariat. It will come before the consideration of the House on Friday. If the Bill is passed by the Lok Sabha, the HC bench would be established in Thiruvan anthapuram. The Bill could be withdrawn if the government makes a request by giving an assurance on implementing the content of the Bill and issue a notification later on establishing the bench. In both cases, the bench would be established without damaging the stand of the Chief Justice and the full bench of the Kerala High Court, Varkala said.
