PIRAVOM: MJ Jacob has said that he will submit a writ appeal in the Supreme Court against the verdict of the High Court.He said that the notice which contained defamatory reference was published by the Left Democratic Youth Front. The leaders of LDYF admitted the responsibility of the notice in the court, said Jacob.He said that during election time, many organisations supporting its candidates published notices. He was not aware of the defamatory references contained in the notice.The LDF convener had included the printing charge of the notice in the election expenditure, that is the reason behind the court order, said MJ Jacob.
