T’PURAM: The Chamber of Commerce Trivandrum has welcomed the High Court order to `stay’ the Government move to take over the Golf Club.It was thoughtless on the part of the Government to give priority to the `takeover of government land’ when burning issues like water scarcity and rising prices were remaining unresolved, a Chamber of Commerce statement here said.Law Minister M. Vijayakumar, who normally takes the lead in the capital city’s development initiatives, should have acted in a more mature manner, the statement added.
