Jammu: A Division Bench of J&K High Court Jammu Wing today directed the registry to list the case for next available bench on the date when BS Salathia, AAG, would place on record comprehensive information with regard to the opening of 18 new colleges. The bench comprising of Justice Virender Singh and Justice JP Singh acted on a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by JKNPP. Pertinently, the JKNPP have filed a Public Interest Litigation against opening of government degree colleges at Dharmari, the village of state minister, Aijaz Ahmed Khan, (MLA Gool, Arnas) and Kilhotran, the village of chief minister, Ghulam Nabi Azad (MLA Bhaderwah) and issued notice to the chief minister, state Minister and others.
