New Delhi (PTI): The Supreme Court has stayed a Madras High Court judgment which had directed early disposal of the matrimonial suit filed by Tamil actor T Prashanth against his estranged wife V D Gruhalakshmi.
A bench of Justices B N Aggrawal and G S Singhvi stayed the judgment after Gruhalakshmi complained that if the Madras High Court order was implemented it would lead to "immense miscarriage of justice" for herself and her one-and-a-half-year-old child.
